For a standard 3-source pilot, allow 2 to 4 hours with your site IT team to set read-only credentials and verify data flow. No network changes are needed beyond outbound HTTPS. We configure Offset; your team supplies access credentials and confirms the data sources to connect.

No. Offset only reads safety systems, PLCs, DCS controllers, and process control systems. It uses data to make recommendations and does not write to, override, or interfere with process control or safety systems. This is a firm architectural constraint, not a configuration option.

After the 30-day pilot, we review the recommendation log with your team. The review covers accuracy, operator agreement rates, and cases where the system and operator reached different judgments. There is no automatic billing or transition. You decide whether the recommendation quality is good enough to continue.

Yes. Offset can test replays of past operational periods from historian data. With 30 to 90 days of historian data for a specific unit or incident type, we can run Offset against it and show the recommendations it would have made alongside what actually happened. This is how most of our early-access evaluations started.

You own it. Offset uses your operational data to produce recommendations and maintain the audit log. We do not use it for model training or share it with third parties.
