From live data to a clear action in under 60 seconds.
Offset runs continuously, assessing your operational state and flagging recommendations once they pass the confidence threshold. Three steps. No new infrastructure.
Ingest
Connect your data.
The Offset agent links to SCADA and HMI output, IoT sensor streams, comms logs, and historian databases through standard protocols. A typical 3-source pilot takes 2 to 4 hours with your site IT team.
Offset makes no safety-system writes and needs no network changes beyond read-only access to your data sources. Security review needs read credentials and outbound HTTPS only.
Reason
Assess conditions continuously.
Offset watches your live data stream, checking readings against site-specific normal ranges and historical incident signatures supplied during onboarding. When signals combine beyond the confidence threshold, Offset creates a recommendation.
The reasoning layer stays clear. Operators see which signals shaped each recommendation and their weight. Not a black box.
Recommend
Present one clear action.
Each recommendation has one action line, one rationale line, and a confidence level. Nothing else. The operator chooses follow, override with reason, or defer. The response is logged automatically.
When conditions shift before a response, the recommendation changes. Its history gives the incoming shift full context without a verbal handover.
Results from pilot partners.
Early-access data from 4 operational environments, Q4 2024 to Q3 2025.
Operators reported feeling less overwhelmed during multi-alarm events. These early-access results come from a small cohort, not a controlled study.
Test it with your data.
A pilot uses 1 to 3 of your live data feeds for 30 days. You assess whether the recommendations are accurate enough for your operating environment.
